The Spiti Valley tour was an absolute adventure of a lifetime! The entire experience was magical, from the stark beauty of the landscapes to the peacefulness of the remote monasteries. Key Monastery and Komic Village were the highlights for me, and I was amazed by the serenity of Chandratal Lake. Our guide was friendly and knew the region well, sharing local stories and history at every stop. The drive through the rugged mountains was thrilling, and though it’s remote, the natural beauty makes every bit of the journey worth it. A must-do for adventure and nature lovers!
Spiti is beyond words—absolutely stunning! The valleys, high-altitude villages, and monasteries like Tabo and Dhankar were awe-inspiring. It felt like being on another planet with the dramatic barren landscapes and snow-capped peaks. The accommodations were basic but comfortable, and the food was surprisingly good for such a remote location. We loved the drive to Kunzum Pass, and the visit to Langza Village with the giant Buddha statue was something I’ll never forget. The isolation of the place made it so peaceful, and it’s a perfect escape from city life.
This was one of the most adventurous trips I’ve ever taken. The drive through Spiti was challenging at times due to the rough roads, but the views made up for it. Chandratal Lake was the highlight, with its crystal-clear water surrounded by mountains. The Key Monastery was a spiritual experience, and the monks were very welcoming. However, the altitude took a little getting used to, so make sure to acclimatize properly. Overall, a raw and beautiful experience in one of India’s most untouched regions. If you love offbeat destinations, this is for you!
The Spiti Valley tour is truly one for the soul. Every stop we made—whether it was the ancient monasteries, high-altitude villages, or the pristine lake—was breathtaking. The remoteness of the valley added to its charm. Visiting places like Hikkim (the world’s highest post office) and Kibber was a surreal experience. Though the road journey is long and rough in places, the ever-changing landscapes make it worthwhile. I was especially touched by the hospitality of the locals and the beauty of the simple life in these villages. If you're seeking peace, adventure, and spirituality, this tour has it all!
