This policy applies to all bookings made through our website https://reev.in/ and governs the terms and conditions of cancellations, refunds, and modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please submit your request through our contact page at https://reev.in/contact/. The cancellation will be processed based on the following terms:

  • More than 30 days before departure:
    • 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation fees.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • 15-30 days before departure:
    • 25% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation fees.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Less than 15 days before departure:
    • 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation fees.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • No-show:
    • No refund will be issued for no-shows.
    • The full booking amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation by Reev

In the event that Reev cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount. Reev reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases where:

  • The tour operator or service provider cancels the booking.
  • The booking is made with incorrect or fraudulent information.
  • The booking is made with a payment method that is declined or fraudulent.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
    • In cases where the original payment method is not possible, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or cheque.
  • Refund Currency:
    • Refunds will be processed in the original booking currency.
    • Any currency conversion fees or differences will be borne by the customer.

Modification Policy

If you need to modify your booking, please submit your request through our contact page. Modifications will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Modification Fees:
    • Reev reserves the right to charge modification fees based on the nature of the change.
    • Modification fees will be communicated to the customer before processing the request.
  • Modification Scope:
    • Modifications are subject to availability and may not be possible in all cases.
    • Reev will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests.
